FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (BECAUSE I’D ASK QUESTIONS TOO!)
Is it a fad?
My approach is inspired by the time-tested French Paradox
A phenomenon backed by modern research and based on facts. Following the lifestyle patterns of one of the slimmest and healthiest countries in the world is clearly not a fad.
Why 21 days?
There are many other programs out there that are 8, 10, or even 12 weeks long.
I know from years of experience in health promotion how hard it is to stick to long and exhausting plans. The longer the program, the greater the likelihood of dropping out. My 21-day program gives you all the content you need and you can implement it at your own pace.
How much time will it take?
The program requires one or two hours of your time each week for reading and completing a few easy assignments.
2 hours = 15 minutes per day. I’m sure you can squeeze 15 minutes a day to feel and look your best!
Can you explain the cost?
For some people AUD$149 might seem a lot,
For some people AUD$149 might seem a lot, but it’s only the cost of two coffees a day; almost half the cost of a three-day vegetable juice cleanse; less than a one-on-one session with me… Better yet, you'll have access to the content until 15/01/15 so you can easily download/print it. And think of it this way, what is AUD$149 to finally know what healthy feels and looks like?
Why an online program?
It’s one of the best ways for me to reveal the French Paradox secrets to as many people as possible (including you!) in an accessible, economical and easy way.
With my 24/7 email support and the private Facebook Bonjour Summer program page, you’re not alone! I’m here for you… as are your fellow participants!
Can I start now?
I know you can’t wait, but you’ll need to hold off until we all start together on October 29.
Don’t worry, as soon as you sign up, you’ll receive a few tasks to do straight away so you will be 100% ready when the program starts.
French cuisine is sophisticated and I’m not a chef! How will I cope?
Once again, don’t think about French restaurants:
the French cook every day but they focus on easy-to-make yet delicious dishes. The recipes you’ll be given will be simple, so you certainly don’t need to be a chef!
Sounds too good to be true. Is it a scam?
Once again, this program is about facts and is inspired by real and simple practices that 60 million French follow every day.
It’s telling that in France only 35% of people are overweight or obese compared to 65% in Australia and New Zealand.
What if I’m not happy?
I know my program works: my clients and millions of people in France provide the living proof!
However, if you are not happy, I will provide a full refund as long as you can show evidence that you completed all the weekly assignments.
Isn’t the French diet extremely rich?
Forget about the out-dated nutrition advice from the 80s and the 90s.
Modern research shows that many foods once considered bad – such as butter, cheese, bread and wine – are actually very good for you, if you know how to source them. This knowledge has been passed down through generations in France for centuries now. Also disregard meals served in French restaurants: these rich and decadent dishes are not what French people eat on a daily basis. These types of dishes are considered treats for special occasions only.
Yves? I know Manu, Gerard, Marion, Catherine. But who is Yves?
Sure, I’m not a celebrity… yet (just kidding!).
But as a French/Australian nutrition coach, award-winning health promotion expert, Jamie Oliver Food Revolution ambassador and French Paradox expert, I know a thing or two about French nutrition - one of the healthiest diets on the planet. Nutrition is also in my blood… My Great Grandmother Marguerite was a popular cook and a healing practitioner during the 1920s. She’s my inspiration and guide.
